Authorised dashboard users log in. Public reporters don’t gain management access by submitting a report.
Server-side access controls
Permissions and restricted access are designed to be enforced on the server and through database Row Level Security.
Temporary evidence
Allowed formats and upload limits support controlled file handling. All originals and derivatives are deleted after 7 days.
Files are kept for a fixed seven days
All uploaded originals, thumbnails and previews are permanently deleted exactly 7 days after the original submission date. Viewing, downloading or keeping a case open doesn’t extend that period. The non-file case record remains under the applicable account-retention rules.
Yes. JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF are supported, with up to 5 files per submission and a maximum of 10 MB per file.
Privacy and responsible use
The product is designed around controlled access and data minimisation. Customer organisations remain responsible for deciding how to use reports lawfully and appropriately.
